Most orders arrive within 7 to 15 business days. Processing takes 1 to 3 business days, and you'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Yes. Free shipping on all orders over $29. Orders under $29 have a flat shipping rate at checkout.

Right now we only ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon.

Yes. Once your order ships you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Yes. All our squishies are made with non-toxic, child safe materials. Good for stress relief, sensory play, and fidgeting.

No. Squishies are not edible even if they are made from food grade silicone. They are toys. Please keep them away from mouths, especially with small children.

Wash it gently with mild soap and warm water. Pat dry with a soft cloth. Don't use harsh chemicals or soak it for too long.

Some squishies can feel a bit sticky out of the package. Dust it lightly with cornstarch or baby powder and the stickiness goes away. Totally normal and doesn't affect quality.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, email us at servicesquishstation@gmail.com within 48 hours with an unboxing video and we will take care of it. If your order has shipped and you want to cancel before delivery, we can refund 60% of the total. Do not send anything back without contacting us first.
