Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Site without express written permission from us.

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings and the handmade nature of our products. We do not guarantee that the quality of any products, information, or other material obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Site will be corrected.

3. Products and Pricing

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of a product.

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is current, complete, and accurate. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or errors in product or pricing information.

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and/or third-party payment providers. We do not store your credit card details.

5. Handmade Product Disclaimer

Our squishies are handcrafted with love. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in size, shape, color, or texture may occur. These are not defects. They make each squishy unique. No two squishies are exactly alike, and we believe that is what makes them special.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

7. Returns and Refunds

Our return and refund process is outlined in our Refund and Return Policy. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms stated in that policy.

8. Tips and Gratuities

Tips left at checkout are entirely voluntary and non-refundable. They go directly to supporting our small team and are greatly appreciated but never expected.

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software, is the property of SquishStation and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
